I Can’t Have a Home Birth

I have met many people over the years who have told me many reasons why home birth isn’t right for them. 

Their partner doesn’t support it, they can’t afford it, their first baby needed medical care, they live too far from a hospital, they want to make sure they can give birth vaginally so maybe the next one can be born at home, their parents are doctors…. The list really goes on and on.

I would never argue with someone who doesn’t think their baby wants to be born at home. 

You are the expert on your body and your baby. 

BUT… every person deserves the type of attention that a birthing person and a baby get from a beautiful home birth. 

• Prenatal care that truly CARES for the birthing person
• Time to connect with your body, your baby, your care provider
• Belief in your body that this does not have to be miserable
• Encouragement that your body and your baby know EXACTLY how to do this
• Space to allow your body to do its thing
• Quiet… so you can learn to hear your baby
• Healing touch to encourage recovery
• Support of the elements to rebuild your internal fire

I am happy to now be offering a way for people who can’t have a home birth to experience the magic of pregnancy, postpartum, and of just being a freaking warrior.

You deserve this. For real.
