Happy Birthday to My Baby!

I seriously can’t believe it has been a year since I had my “baby.” 

This time last year I was dripping in excitement that my book was hitting BESTSELLER in SIX categories on Amazon!

I was overwhelmed by the support and love I was receiving from my community, so many people shared in my dream of birthing this book baby and making it a reality.

to all of you who made my first year as an author so amazing.

Just as having a new baby comes with trials, questions, sleepless nights, hoping you are doing things “right”, and dreaming of what the future holds, so does publishing a book.

Having a baby changes you. I have been changed by this book.

I am more exhausted,
    more open,
           more hopeful,
                  more confused,
                         more sure of myself,
                                 and more sure than ever that I know nothing.

Can you relate with your babies?

There are still so many things I hope for my book.

I hope it will positively impact the lives of so many more families and babies.
I hope it will bring peace and love to the hearts and bodies of so many more birthing people.
I hope it will empower birthkeepers to keep up the good work!
I hope it will continue to teach me things about myself.

Can you relate with your babies?

The only way we make it through the first year with these amazing beings that we create in this lifetime is with grace, love, patience, and support from our family and community. So again, I thank you for being on this ride with me!
