Ask and You Shall Receive!

I hope your Spring is off to a beautiful start!

I attended an amazing workshop about manifesting this week.

One of the things we talked about as a key to manifesting is faith. Faith that once you ask for something, you will receive it.

The teacher was joking about how we often have more faith in a pizza delivery person than we do in God…
➣ after we order our pizza we don’t keep calling to check to make sure they still have our order, they didn’t forget about us, the pizza is on its way…
➣ but we do this with the things we ask for in our lives all the time!

I was thinking about this in relation to birth. For most people, after we get pregnant we can trust that our bodies will grow a human, sustain that human, birth that human, with very little input from us! Just as our hearts beat and we continue to breathe without effort, our bodies create and sustain life. What a beautiful thing that we can almost always trust our bodies and our babies to do this work! (It is a deep and difficult conversation when things go differently, and I will be addressing that in the near future, as well!)

Our womb space or sacral chakra is our creative center even when we are not growing a human. Spring is the perfect time to think about what you would like to grow in your creative spaces, till the soil, and plant some seeds. Manifest!
